The UKWCT is a not-for-profit organisation which promotes wolf conservation through education. At the Trust there are six wolves and three new cubs, recently born. We will shortly be adding 3 Arctic Wolves. All these wolves are Ambassadors for their cousins in the wild. The UKWCT is situated in beautiful Berkshire between Newbury and Reading
The Trust holds many events where the public can interact with the wolves, such as: Howl Nights; Members’ Walks - where you can walk with the wolves in nearby fields; Photography Days and Wolfkeeper Days. The Trust also holds Open Days 3 times a year.
There are lots of events where children can learn about wolves and conservation while having a really good time! These include: Pumpkin Days – stuff a pumpkin with the wolves’ favourite treats and watch as they open the pumpkin and enjoy the treats.
There are special children’s Wolfkeeper days – be a keeper for day and help with cleaning the kennels, preparing the wolves’ food and lots more. Children also have their own Walks with the wolves on Trust property.
